Why me?
My experience spans startups, enterprise organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and SaaS businesses, where I’ve worked across internal talent acquisition, consulting, workforce solutions, RPOs and AI-enabled hiring models. Rather than viewing recruitment as a support function, I believe it should operate as a strategic business capability that enables growth and long-term success.
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with business leaders to improve hiring execution, optimize recruitment processes, strengthen stakeholder alignment, and solve complex talent challenges across technology and engineering domains.
